Princess-style fringe necklace

Feel like royalty with these choker-length fringe necklaces. Measurements are shown in the first photo. Each one has a chain and toggle clasp that can be shortened if desired.

The gold necklace uses 6/0 translucent ruby seed beads while the silver uses 4mm AB sapphire bicones.
